If the pressurisation system stops working this is automatically detected by the aircraft, and the oxygen masks are released from their little cupboards in the ceiling.
The flow of oxygen starts when you pull down on a mask... put it on as the flight attendant showed you during the demonstration. You were paying attention, right?
This is no problem! What would happen next?

to take it off.
